Once goods have left our premises, it is the responsibility of the carrier to take for these. If goods are delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, Detailers passion should be informed within 24hrs and it should be signed for unchecked, and given back to the driver. Failure to do so will result in invalid insurance, therefore you will be held liable. All trade orders must be issued by email, stating stock no. and account number.
For orders in excess of 5kg or more expensive items we use our preferred courier service. Orders will be dispatched the next/same day for delivery within 4/5 working days
If you are not happy with our products contact us to see if we can resolve the problem once we have received the good back to us we will offer a full refund.
