GENERAL WARRANTIES


Detailers Passion retains title of the goods until orders are paid in full.

 

RETURNING GOODS


Products that prove to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note subject to the following conditions:

  • We recieve the goods within 14 days of dispatch.
  • Items and their packaging are recieved in a re-saleable condition.
  • Items are recieved with a copy of the original invoice, reason for return and return reference number (call our sales team for details).
  • Items are returned with the carriage paid.


ADDITIONAL COSTS


Detailers passion  will not be held liable or responsible for any additional costs incurred by products shipped in error.

DELIVERY

Once goods have left our premises, it is the responsibility of the carrier to take for these. If goods are delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, Detailers passion should be informed within 24hrs and it should be signed for unchecked, and given back to the driver. Failure to do so will result in invalid insurance, therefore you will be held liable. All trade orders must be issued by email, stating stock no. and account number.

For orders in excess of 5kg or more expensive items we use our preferred courier service. Orders will be dispatched the next/same day for delivery within 2 working days

Orders in excess of 2kg are sent by uk mail delivery within 1 working day


Orders in excess of 5kg  are sent by ukmail delivery within 1 or 2 working days.
